Send an Inquiry
An inquiry form for questions about any category entry, with the points a useful message should state.
What to state in an inquiry
State the category entry and the individual name exactly as listed, the general vehicle type under consideration, and the questions the reply should answer. Questions about price, quantity terms and timing belong in the message, where they can be answered for the items actually named. Questions about documents that may accompany an order belong in the message as well, with the entry and the name stated alongside them. A message that names only a short name, or only an entry, leaves the reply to ask which item was meant, and a second message is then needed before anything else can move forward.
Before the message is sent
Read the category page for the entry concerned, and read the guide page that matches the question at hand. The buying checklist collects the points a message should cover, the export FAQ answers the questions that recur across inquiries, and the how-to-inquire page explains the order in which to set those points out. A message written after those pages is usually answered without a round of clarification, because it already contains the entry, the name, and the questions.
